We prefer e-mail when answering questions as it allows us to think about and research our answers and not omit anything. Please e-mail to schedule a convenient time to call. Mike normally has his head in a piece of equipment and finds it difficult to refocus on the fly and thoughtfully respond to your questions, though we understand the need for human contact. We prefer FedEx and UPS deliveries. We hesitate when using the US Postal Service (sorry, Uncle Sam) and suggest tracking the package. Their system seems to have more of a slightly flawed human element on the local level than the other major carriers.

Depending on our work load, we attempt to keep our in-shop time to 3-4 weeks or less. We allow a week or so for run-in and listening requirements.

No prepayment is required. We prefer payment arrangements to be made when the work is complete and the gear is going into the run-in stage.

All pieces spend time in either our shop or office system to catch time-related or intermittent issues. (It also give us something to listen to and we can hear if something is not right). All work is then sonically evaluated in our reference system before being sent home to you. More
