Six months on the Restoration Rebuild, which is adequate time for any issues related to our work or the parts we install to surface. We assume that the equipment will be used regularly on its return and make no concessions for gear that is not used; in fact, it hurts our feelings...

Reference Rebuilds are guaranteed for the same issues for a period of 1 year.

|
All internal power supply upgrades follow the original design implementation but may include the substitution of nickel plated, high temperature connectors in place of the tin-plated Sta-Con connectors - or the connections may be hardwired and soldered based on application. Heat shrink tubing is installed insulating all exposed power and signal connections.

No modifications will be made to bypass any of the original protection devices. Don’t ask.

A series of digital pictures are taken of each piece starting with the “as received” thru the closing for packing steps to help us with any issues that arise. Ain’t digital photography great?
